Refund policy

Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are personalised especially for you, we do not offer returns on personalised items and if the information you have given us is incorrect we can not be held responsible for this.

For this reason I please ask you to ensure you are 100% happy with your items in your cart before checking out and that all spellings, sizes and colour preferences are correct. We will write and personalise items with what we are given and cannot be held responsible for misspellings or mistakes. 

If you would like to change your order or have a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact me straight away and I would be happy to help you as much as possible. 

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may return generic, non personalised gifts and items to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of your order being dispatched. We do not provide paid shipping for returns. Please ensure all items that are being returned are in the same condition as you received them otherwise we will not be able to offer you a full refund.

We don’t accept any responsibility for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us so we recommend you use a track and trace service just to be extra safe. Please add a note to your parcel with all your details so we know who it is from.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or giftcards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
