All Heart Glow Studio orders are carefully prepared and packed by us in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

Ireland

Standard Delivery – €6

Standard delivery is available throughout Ireland.

FREE standard delivery on Ireland orders over €80.

Orders are sent with An Post.

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery – from €10

Orders to the United Kingdom are sent with An Post. Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Please be aware that orders being delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs charges, import duties or local taxes. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Europe

Standard Delivery – from €10

We offer standard delivery to selected European countries. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Times

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.

For personalised items and during particularly busy periods, new collection launches, sales and seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that processing times are separate from An Post delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Ireland: 1–3 working days
United Kingdom: 3–7 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, public holidays, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Please note that standard delivery does not provide the same tracking facilities as a tracked delivery service.
